It is essential that all website pages have a contact form in order for clients to contact businesses. Without this form, there is no communication between you and the clients, so you need to ensure there is a form added to your website.
STEP 1:
On your builder, click on the form button.
STEP 2:
Select the type of form you would like to use on your website.
STEP 3:
Once you have selected a form, right click and select properties.
STEP 4:
Under your properties box, you have a few options that clients need to fill in. If you would to make them essential to fill in, click on the box. This info can be edited.
STEP 5:
IMPORTANT: When adding a contact box it is ESSENTIAL that you add your email address under the email settings which can be found under properites. Your email address needs to be added in the section that says "Form will be sent to this Email" - without this - you will not be able to receive emails.
